We offer exchanges only for size issues under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within 10 days of delivery.

Please send a Exchange request with product photos, Order Number and the reason for the return to online@alayacotton.com.You will receive the mail confirmation once we approve your Exchange request.

- Once we receive your product, our team will check it. If the product is defective, we will return it to you.
If the product is out of stock, without any questions, you will receive a full / partial refund.
Prior to dispatching the shipment, we consistently verify each order for accuracy. In the event of missing items or incorrect contents in the package, kindly submit an unboxing video to online@alayacotton.in within a ten-day period. This is necessary to provide assistance.
